It is now a well known fact that due to the USA cut in demand for graduate nurses there are a vast number of graduate nurses who have completed a four year Bachelor of Science in Nursing (BSN) course available for immediate placement. NSi currently has over 5000 graduate nurses on our database! Further to the above and substantiated by the Alliance of Young Nurse Leaders & Advocates International (AYNLA) in the Philippines, who stated that there were 287,007 unemployed nurses (PRC, 2011), which has now risen to 324,520 in 2012. In 2016 it is expected to rise to well over 350,00 and that is only in the Philippines! Given the availability of qualified nurses, currently in the Philippines alone, we believe the majority of the world’s shortage, can be sourced from here.
After all it makes sense for some of the reasons below:-
1. Excellent command of English passing a minimum level IELTS 5.5
2. Their Asian caring attitude, that is their culture
3. University qualified graduates within the nursing and other ailed professions
